Hi.

My Name is Ted Jensen. I'm 6 foot 8 inches tall - so you might say that I'm big into cookies.

In fact, I eat drink and sleep cookies, which I guess makes a lot of sense when you're in the cookie business.

I was raised in sunny California and I've been making fabulous cookies since I was 4 years old when my mom and granny first taught me how.

Now, having lived in sun-kissed Ireland for the past 16 years, I decided it’s about time that I brought great American cookies over here!

The thing is, there’s a heck of a difference between the real American cookie taste and some of the cookies that just claim to be ‘American’ cookies. That’s why I specialise in making real delicious American cookies which are soft and chewy.

All these cookies are baked with fresh ingredients like local butter, eggs, sugar, flour, dark and white chocolate chunks, roasted peanuts and chocolate M&M’s - nothing nasty or gooey to mess up your insides (or mess up my kitchen either).

Each cookie is hand-crafted in my small home bakery and brought to you through local farmers markets and trendy cafes. And we're working hard on making them even more available. So if you want to see them in your local cafe, make sure you march right in there and tell ’em that only Big Ted’s real American cookies will do.
